WHERE WE ARE
Called to go where Christ CALLS.
By the grace of the Holy Spirit, and at the invitation of the local Church, the Sisters Poor of Jesus Christ serve in Mission Houses throughout the world. With more than 80 houses in 20 countries, our sisters seek to bring the presence and love of Jesus Christ to people experiencing poverty and suffering.
In the United States and Canada, our communities serve through evangelization, street ministry, prayer, retreats, works of mercy, and personal accompaniment of those most in need. Wherever we are sent, we desire to live our charism of belonging completely to Jesus and serving Him in the poor.
In the Our Lady of Guadalupe North American region, we have eight houses: five houses in the USA, one in Mexico, and two in Canada.
